The main ingredients we prepare are luxury brands from Mie Prefecture. We will prepare it in a form suitable for luxury brands. ◆Gokuzen of Saio Takumi◆ Mie Prefecture boasts luxury brand ingredients such as spiny lobster, abalone, and Matsusaka beef. We will prepare dishes recommended by the chef. * Elementary school students will have a mini kaiseki meal, and toddlers will have a children's lunch. *Since the hotel rooms are completely non-smoking, if you smoke, you will be charged a facility repair fee. I will give you 100,000 yen. Please be aware in advance. ★Regarding pick-up★ A free shuttle service is available from Ujiyamada Station on the Kintetsu Line every hour after 13:30. Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 28/8/2023予定のチェックイン時間より気持ち早めに入館させて頂きました。 おかげ横丁を散策してからでしたので、ゆっくりのんびりと過ごせました♪ お食事も大変に美味しく楽しみながら味わう事ができスタッフのサービス、対応も丁重で良かったです。 個人的には旅館のコンセプトで仕方ない事なのでしょうが、もう少し室内灯が明るいと良いのにです。 夜は天候に恵まれ星が綺麗でした。 お世話になりました。

8月12日より初めて三重県にて1泊2日させていただきました。 宿泊に際して、食事とスタッフの皆様のご対応の2つが非常に良かったと考えます。 食事につきましては、兼ねてより三重にて食べてみたかった伊勢海老と松阪牛の両方を美味しくいただけました。なかでも伊勢海老は、おつくりに加えてお汁もいただくことができ、心ゆくまで味合わせていただきました。 スタッフの皆様のご対応につきましては、チェックイン時と食事時でのご説明並びにお話が心に残っております。 以上を踏まえまして、斎王の宮様にて宿泊させていただいたことで、初めての三重旅行がより一層思い出深いものとなりました。 1泊ではありましたが、誠にありがとうございました。

祝日ということもあり、一人5万少しの料金でしたが、そこまでの宿ではなかったです。普通です。 チェックインとアウトの時の係の方は、親切でした。 プランでもメインとなっている夕食が、お品書きは全員で1枚なのでみづらく、素材はよいかもしれませんが味は普通、配膳も事前にしてあるし、担当さんも人手不足だからなのか、バタバタしてせかされる感じでした。 部屋も狭く、他の方も書いていたように、ホテル全体に段差が多いです。 とてもプラン名のように、非日常空間をという感じではありませんでした。

5年ぶりの2回目の宿泊でした。マタニティプランが魅力的で予約しました。子ども連れで行きました。子どもへの対応も親切で、スタッフの対応も良くありがたかったです。朝食夕食も美味しく満足でした。 一つ非常に残念だったのが、部屋の清潔感でした。。カーテンを開け閉めすると目に見えるほどのホコリが舞うのなんの、、 喉が弱いので咳が止まりませんでした。ソファも少しニオイがありました。露天風呂の電球も電気が切れてて、すぐに変えて頂けました。 土日での宿泊もあるかと思いますが、この内容でのこの金額はもう少し良いところに泊まれたかも、、ってと思ってしまいました。

スタッフの方々がとにかく皆さん笑顔で、気遣いが温かく、素晴らしいおもてなしをいただきました。建物はバリアフリーでなく段差が多い作りですが、清潔感があり、日常を忘れる癒しを感じました。夕食も美味しかったです。 道に迷い旅館に電話をかけた時に、自動アナウンスになってしまい直通が繋がらなかった点は困りましたので改善をお願いしたいです。
