    大広間での何十人一緒の食事は落ち着かず、夕食の内容にがっかしました。

    チェックイン時、挨拶もなく、いきなり記入用紙を渡され、ここに書けとばかりに指でトントン。普段よりランクアップしたホテルの宿泊を楽しみにしていたので気分が一気に冷めました。ここまで酷い対応をされたのは初めてです。チェックアウト時もその方の所になってしまい嫌だな・・・と思いましたがその時は普通でした。夕食は大変美味しく戴きました。お風呂も満足。部屋からの景色も絶景で癒されただけにフロントの対応がとても残念でした。

    家族で利用しました。 建物は少し古いですが、とても綺麗に管理されていました。社員の皆さんも大変優しく接していただきました。夕食の時に、クーポンの使い方で、ワガママを言ったのですが、全て、YESでした。こちらの事を第一に考えてくださり感激しました。ホスピタリティの溢れる旅館でした。 また、利用させていただきます。 ありがとうございました。

    大変、夜の食事が美味しかったので満足しています。 が朝食が行く時間が少し遅かったのかなくなっている料理が少しあったのが残念です。 しかし全般的に満足しています。

    ホテル自体は満足でしたが… マナーの悪すぎるお客様がいらして、せっかくのお風呂も朝食も台無しでした。一番がっかりしたのは、そういうお客様に対してスタッフが注意をしないことです。お客様であっても、他のお客様が迷惑している行為には、一言言って欲しかったです。

    大満足のホテルです。お部屋も綺麗で、眺めも良く、ご飯がとても美味でした。ちょうど中秋の名月の1日違いで、英虞湾の水面に映る満月がとても綺麗で印象的でした。良い旅になりました。
