[Awanoyu Kaiseki Course] {You can choose your main dish from a hot stone dish} [Breakfast] [Dinner]

This is a basic plan where you can enjoy the "white hot spring" with its endless gentle bubbles and the carefully selected "Awanoyu Kaiseki" course meal, which is full of flavor. ■Meals■ Both dinner and breakfast will be served at the restaurant. [Dinner] We will prepare the Awanoyu Kaiseki "Shinano Course", a 14-course course meal that incorporates nutritious mountain ingredients as well as seafood. Enjoy unique dishes such as salt-grilled freshwater fish that is soft even to the bone. *Selectable hot stone dishes (selectable for each person) You can choose the meat for your hot stone dishes from "marbled black hair wagyu beef" or "vitamin-rich mochi pork". *If you would like to change the wagyu beef to wagyu pork when making your reservation, please inform us. [Breakfast] In addition to stomach-friendly hot spring rice porridge made from the source of Awanoyu, several other dishes will be lined up. There is also a free drink corner with Azumino drinking yogurt and highland milk. ■Hot Springs■ The separate indoor baths for men and women, the private open-air bath, and the mixed-gender open-air bath are all available for bathing from 3pm until 10am the following morning. Women are provided with bathing suits for the mixed-gender open-air bath, so you can bathe with peace of mind. [Open-air bath to enjoy the autumn leaves] In October, the autumn leaves are at their best. You can enjoy the luxurious open-air bath while gazing at the red and yellow autumn leaves. [Q&A] What is the origin of the name Awanoyu...? Among the many hot springs, sulfur springs containing carbon dioxide gas at around 38℃ are said to be particularly rare. The name Awanoyu's "warm water" comes from the fact that the gas bubbles up and attaches to the body. ■Sightseeing information in the area■ National treasure Matsumoto Castle, castle town tour, Shinshu soba noodles (approx. 60 minutes by car) Waterfall tour and trekking experience at Norikura Highlands (approx. 15 minutes by car) Shinhotaka Ropeway with a panoramic view of the Northern Alps (approx. 60 minutes by car) We look forward to your visit.
