We have prepared a hot pot dish that makes the most of the flavor that seeps out. The soup stock made from Dorogawa's famous water and plenty of kelp brings out the flavor of the local chicken many times over. We recommend the rice porridge at the end of the meal, which is infused with the flavor of the local chicken and vegetables. After the meal, we also offer coffee service on the veranda.
