シルバーウィークに泊まり家族連れが多かったためか、大浴場でお子さんが泳いでいました。 そこが多少気になりましたが、全体としてはサービスもよく満足でした。 ちょっとエレベーターが遅かったかな。

誕生日にゆっくり休暇をとろうと思い予約しました。 個人的にはあまりいいホテルではないな、と思いました。 一番残念だったのは、チェックイン時のフロントの方の態度です。 プランの確認をされる時に、何か嫌な圧を感じたというか、投げるような見下すような話し方をされました。 頷きながら聞いていましたが、最後説明が終わった後に、不満そうにため息をつかれました。 他のスタッフさんは、感じのいい人もいれば、やる気のなさそうな人もいて、接客にはバラつきがありました。 部屋の清掃が行き届いておらず、トイレの床や便器の中に髪の毛が落ちていました。 バイキングは夕食は美味しかったですが、朝食はあまり満足できませんでした。 温泉は期待していましたが、普通でした。

子ども用の浴衣もあって、大人と同じのを着れてすごく喜んでいました。食事も美味しかった。

連休の利用でお部屋は普通のツインがとれずデラックスツインになりましたが、とても広くて清潔で居心地が良く、ぐっすり眠れて旅の疲れがとれました。 立地が良いので、夜は地元の居酒屋さんやラーメン屋さんを巡って楽しむことができました。 エレベーターが混み合いましたが、大きなホテルの利用が久しぶりで、その雰囲気を楽しむことができました！
