Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 23/8/2023初めて利用しました。部屋も食事する所もリニューアルされててとても綺麗でした。部屋の露天風呂はこじんまりとしてますが、夫婦二人でちょうどいい広さでした。食事もタイミングよく料理が出てきて、美味しかったです。飲み物の持ち込みが可能だったので、チェックイン後、コンビニに買い出しに行きました。グラスも氷も準備されてて困ることもなかったです。 食事の途中から女将さんの生ピアノ演奏で優雅に食事出来ました。大満足の旅館でした。最高だったのは、露天風呂から見た星空で、電気を消し空を見上げると満天の星空で感動しました。本当にお世話になりました。
Reply from the propertyこの度はご投稿頂き誠にありがとうございます。 昨年秋より、4つある1間のお部屋、食堂棟、エントランスなどのリニューアル工事を行いました。また、当宿は食事の際の飲み物持ち込み自由で、氷やグラスもお出ししております。当日はピアノの音色も楽しんでいただけたという事で本当に嬉しく感謝申し上げます。 また、当宿は周囲に人工的な灯りが無く、以前から星が良く見えると言って頂いており、その星空もご満喫していただけて本当に良かったです。 また機会がありましたら是非お越し下さいませ。

2回目の宿泊でした。今回の部屋はお風呂が広くて良かったです。食事の場所も新しくなっていて大きなガラスから眺める由布岳は綺麗でした。今回もピアノの生演奏を聴きながらの食事は最高でした。

過去の口コミで悪く書かれていたこともあり、とても不安でした。口コミのような事はなかったので安心しましたが、接客に慣れていらっしゃらないのか良くも悪くもなく普通の宿でした。お部屋は清潔にされており、客室に露天風呂が付いているのは何より良かったです。お風呂につながるドアは古く感じましたが。お食事は、普通でしたが好きなお酒を持参してお食事を頂けるのはとても有り難く感じました。またお米はとても美味しかったです。お食事後半のピアノの演奏は素敵でした。朝食時のコーヒーは、ホットとアイスで選択出来ると嬉しいです。お世話になりました。

ご飯は美味しかったです。 なので色々残念すぎて。 泊まったお部屋は普段使われてないお部屋なのかな？部屋へ続く階段には苔がはえていて、え？と思いました。お盆期間に空いているお部屋がここだったので予約したのですが。 隣の同じ造りの建物はそんなことなかったですし… 部屋の中に入っても、テーブルは拭き残しがあったり、ロールカーテン下ろしたら潰れて干からびた蜘蛛がいたり、露天風呂の手桶はありえないくらい汚かったです。 娘の年齢を電話でもフロントでも確認され、未成年である旨を伝えたのに食前酒が用意されていたり。 豊後海の幸プランでしたが、刺身の量はすごかったです。青魚もとても美味しかったです。烏賊はいつのかな？という感じでした。 飲み物持ち込みは凄く良いなと思いました。 食事は18時半からで全然良かったのですが、最後のデザートが20時半に提供されたのに「食堂が20時半までになっていますので、ご協力ください」と言われびっくりしました。早く出ろと？終わりの時間は最初に言って欲しかったです。 アメニティは公衆浴場のレベルかなと思いました。 口コミにあった高評価の接客はどのようなことをされた方々なのでしょうか？全く実感できませんでした。お部屋のランクによるのでしょうか？ なんだかお値段に納得できないお宿だったな、という思いで帰りました。

予約が取れなくなると困るので余り良い評価を書きたくないのですが書かずにはいられません。大分市在住ですので湯布院には良く宿泊しますが、10年前はこのぐらいの金額で泊まれた同レベルの他旅館達も今では1人5万円を軽く超えています。「すみか」はコスパ最強と言えると思います。特に「奥の院」は最高です。他にもオーナーご家族の思いが詰まったもてなしは染みます。夕食時メイン料理が供された後の女将のピアノは毎回「雪の花」も入れて頂けるようリクエストしています。半年に1度は利用できるよう仕事を頑張ります。
