This is a plan that includes a kaiseki dinner at Chef's Dining 'Sakura' and a Japanese-Western breakfast buffet at Local Dining 'Mimasaka Kitchen'. At Chef's Dining 'Sakura' located on the seventh floor of the hotel, you can enjoy a kaiseki course featuring locally sourced 'Nagi Wagyu' steak prepared by the chef on an iron plate, as well as fresh seafood delivered from regions like the San'in and Setouchi, and locally grown vegetables and fruits nurtured under abundant sunlight.
