Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 25/9/2023スタッフの笑顔が絶えない素敵な宿でした。入館後のおもてなし、部屋へ通してもらった際の対応、夕食時の対応は心がこもっていて、食事も美味しくいただけました。広い館内には様々な展示があり、目を楽しませてもらえました。21時前にロビーで行われたプロジェクションマッピングによる島根の紹介は十分楽しませてもらいました。大浴場も良かったのですが、広さが十分にあるのでもう一つくらい変わった浴槽があるともっと良かったと思います。

従業員さんの気遣い、心遣いに感動しました。 教育もしっかりできており 本当に本当に最高なひとときを 白石家さんで過ごしました。 今までで一番の旅館です。 お部屋、料理、お風呂も最高でした 必ず、また行きたい旅館です。 ありがとうございました。

9月9日に宿泊しました。ほかの方も投稿しているとおり、スタッフの皆さんの笑顔と丁寧な対応に大変癒されました。朝夕の食事も美味しかったです。夕食は量を抑えたプランでしたが、夫婦ともおなかいっぱいになりました。おかげさまで初めての島根でよい思い出ができました。

チェックイン時からチェックアウトの時まで、ホスピタリティが伝わってとてもあたたかい気持ちになれました。ご飯も美味しくて量も多くて大満足でした。
