How about taking a drive while looking at Makinohara Tea Farm? ◆There are Horai Bridge, Shimada City Museum, Makinohara Plateau seen from the Oi River, tea fields, and tea villages. ◆You can also ride a steam locomotive in neighboring Kanaya. The Oigawa Railway is said to be a moving railway museum. You can also enjoy tatami cars and observation cars. It is connected to Kawane Onsen and Sumata Gorge. It also has Japan's only Abt system railway, where you can enjoy the steepest slope in Japan.
