Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 30/4/20234月29日に宿泊しました。あまりに素晴らしかったのですぐ投稿します。本当に最高の宿でした。 まず何と言っても食事。何一つ外れがなく、満腹でしたが残すなんてもったいなくて、最後まで美味しくいただきました。小2の息子の食事はどうかな？と心配していましたが、豪華なお子様ランチといった感じでこちらもほとんど残さず平らげてビックリ！子供にもとちぎ和牛がついていました！ 次にサービス面です。担当してくださった中居さんの言葉遣いや所作、マスク越しの表情がとても美しくて感動しました。言葉のチョイスが百戦錬磨すぎてもしかして女将さんだったのかな？ 他にもウェルカムドリンクやフリードリンク、チェックアウト時のお土産まで本当に行き届いていました。 お部屋や温泉、寝具など何一つ不満に感じることはありませんでしたが、一つだけ気になったのは壁の薄さ？です。寝る時にお隣の声や足音は結構聞こえました。が、神経質でなければ問題ないと思いますし、それを差し引いても最高の宿と断言できます。 むしろ、小さいお子さんを連れて行く場合や地声が大きい方が宿泊される際は気をつけた方が良いかと思いました。 なかなか予約が取れないようなのが残念ですが、また絶対伺います！！

廊下もお部屋も段差がないので、高齢の両親にはとてもありがたかったです。 お食事は器も美しくて盛り付けも上品。夕も朝も最高に美味しかったです。 お部屋もお風呂も清潔で、とても気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。そして、浴衣、作務衣、バスローブの3点で、贅沢にリラックスする事ができました。マッサージチェアも最高でした。 スタッフ皆さんの接遇は最高ですし、お料理もお部屋もお風呂も最高。他に何も言うことはありません。 また季節を変えて、ぜひまたお伺いしたいです。

久しぶりの利用。リニューアルしてから初。 露天風呂がついている上、大浴場の貸し切りもあり、何度もお風呂に入ってしまいました。 食事は美味しかったです。朝食も量が多く満足。 残念な点が幾つか… 朝食のご飯が水っぽく、しゃもじにべっとりご飯がついていた。 フリードリンクの生ビール。泡が溢れてしまうのはなぜ？掃除が大変でした。

予約が取れにくい宿と伺っていたので楽しみにしていました。 周囲は温泉街という感じではなく主人と実家に帰ったみたいな所にあるねと民家が建ち並ぶ道を行った先が宿でした。 ウエルカムドリンクやら、コーヒーがいつでも飲めるなどサービスにはとても満足です。 お部屋は和室でしたが、照明が少し暗いかなと思いました。 部屋に付いてる檜の露天風呂は清潔で気持ちよく 思っていたより広いのが嬉しかったです。 個室食事処はきれいで雰囲気も大変よく、お酒のメニューも充実していて そこで頂いたお料理はとても美味しかったです。 又、行きたい宿の1つになりました。

お食事、お部屋、お風呂、全てにおいて満足です。 何より過不足のない温かいおもてなしに身も心も満たされました。 到着時に迎えてくださった方の温かみのあるお話のされ方が、印象に残りました。 お食事は、普段からよく食べる夫も満腹になっていました。 結婚記念のお祝いも本当にありがとうございました。 夜は星空がとても綺麗で、普段見られない景色に感動してしまいました。 口コミに偽りなし。 再訪したいと心から思えるお宿でした。ありがとうございました。
