    よく利用させていただいております。毎回不便だなと思うのが、お風呂を利用するときの手続きが煩わしい。すでに予約時にお風呂の料金を払っている人に関しては、スムーズに出入りできるようにして欲しい。

    東京ガーデンシアターでのライブ参戦にあわせて宿泊。 ショッピングモールや温泉も併設で、豊洲市場にも近くホテルを中心に近場でなんでもできるのがよい。 羽田空港併設の羽田ガーデン間の無料シャトルバスもあり、有料の空港リムジンバスも合わせると空港からのアクセスは最高。 1点残念なのが温泉の利用のしくみがわかりづらい。温泉施設ではなく、ホテルで事前に優待券を買う必要があるがそれを知らなくて直接温泉施設に行ってしまい、時間がなくてホテルに優待券を買いに行く時間がなくしたがなく一般料金で入場…ホテルの優待券だと割引な上にチェックアウトまで出入り自由だったのでちょっと残念。

    最上階16階に１泊しました。高層階(９階〜）のエレベーターでロビーから上がります。部屋はビジネスホテル並の広さでしたが、寝るだけだったので不便さは感じませんでした。天然温泉には６階で降りて向かいます。５分程度で着きます、夜はかなり混みあっていました（夜11時頃）。しかし朝はマシでした（朝９時頃）。冷蔵庫もあり、水が支給されます。冷え方が弱い印象でした。チェックイン・アウト共に機械化されており、便利でした。国際展示場の駅から歩いて、10分弱です。横に有明ガーデンがあり、イオンもあったり５階にはフードコート（夜11時まで）もあり、かなり便利でした。新橋駅からはBRTのバスが利用できます（約15分）、お薦めできます。
