Japan|Age: 30s|Solo2Posted: 14/9/2023お部屋はレトロで可愛くて清潔感もあり良かったです。 しかし、夜のフロントの男性の方も、朝のフロントの男性の方も気持ちのいい対応とはとても言えませんでした。 よく旅行に行くので色んなホテルに宿泊するのですが、こちらよりもっとお安いビジネスホテルでもこんな対応は過去になかったです。 朝のフロントの方に関しては、こちらが話をしている途中で「こちらの話を先に聞いてください」と言われ驚きました。 もちろん高級ホテルのような対応を期待はしていませんでしたが、あまりのレベルの低さにチェックアウト後に駅に向かいながら、とても残念な気持ちになりました。 こちらのホテルを旅行最終日のホテルに選んだことを後悔しています。

凄く素敵なオシャレなホテルでした 私には勿体無いほどの可愛いお部屋で、何よりも無償でグレードアップして頂いて、シングルをダブルに また渋谷にお泊まりする時には利用したいと思います ありがとうございました
