"I suddenly have some time off! Let's go somewhere! You can also make reservations just before your stay. After sightseeing at Mt. Koya, the Kumano Kodo trail, or after playing in Shirahama, please take a step back and visit the quiet and relaxing Ryujin Onsen Village, the village of beautiful hot springs. Dinner: The meal starts with an aperitif of our aged homemade plum wine, which is our pride and joy, followed by seasonal appetizers, a small bowl of wild vegetables, and a small pot of pork and vegetables in miso broth (from early April, we have a popular "pork and vegetable teppanyaki" with the umami of soft domestic pork and the sweetness of vegetables, served with homemade ponzu sauce). After the meal begins, we have delicious freshly grilled salt-grilled sweet trout, as well as a popular "seasonal kamameshi" (rice cooked in a pot).
