Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)3Posted: 11/9/2023i wrote the same in my feedback to the ryokan on the day to check out, everything are good except there is a rare bad smell in my room and likely coming from the air condition, or the air purifier also from the toilet some time. i held high expectation to this ryokan and i'm really a bit let down by those flaws. Raising this is for improvement but not complaint.

昔、宿泊したことがあり久しぶりに宿泊しました。部屋はプール付で温度調整しているのでいつでも入れます。冷えればデッキテラスから露天風呂にそのまま入れるので便利でした。 部屋の設備面では、庭に樹木があるため蚊が多いので蚊取りマットがありますが中身が空でした。あと部屋が広いので、もう一つあった方がいいかなと思いました。リビングのテレビも映らなかったり部屋数が少ないのでメンテナンスはしっかりしてほしい。この点はマイナス。 腰が悪い為、和室に布団を引いてほしい旨を依頼。ベッドを使わないのに何故か寝具代が発生した点もマイナス。 決して安くはありませんので、細かい点も気配りしてほしいです。 悪いことばかりではなく、食事は朝夕ともに美味しくいただきました。 リーズナブルな宿やホテルからハイグレードまで宿泊しますが、昔来た時ほどの感激はなかったです。 また機会があれば宿泊したいかな。
Reply from the propertyこの度は当庵へお越しいただき誠にありがとうございます。 貴重なご感想をお寄せいただきまして、重ねてお礼申し上げます。 ご指摘の蚊除けネットでございますが、薬剤がメッシュに練り込まれたタイプでございます。部屋内のノーマット120日用と合わせてこの5月に新品に取り換えておりますのでご安心くださいませ。 また、テレビは毎日チェックしておりますが、機器はどうしても突然の不具合等が出ますのですぐにお知らせいただければ対処いたします。 布団代に関しましてベッドは使用、不使用に関わらず次のお客様が気持ち良く使っていただく為シーツ等全て交換しております。その為布団の追加希望があった場合は新たな手間とクリーニング代が発生しますので有料でご案内させていただいております。説明不足で大変失礼いたしました。 お料理に関しましてはお褒めいただきありがとうございました。 フロント係 岸田

１歳３ヶ月のこどもを連れての宿泊でしたが親切にしていただき過ごしやすかったです。

湯田温泉が都会にあることにびっくりでしたが1歩足を踏み入れるととても静かで素敵な空間でした。最初の予約時に希望のお部屋が開けば変更して欲しい旨記入していたら連絡もいただけて嬉しかったです。食事も美味しくいただきましたが旅館ではおひつや釜に入っている炊きたてご飯を食べるのも楽しみなのでそれはひとつ残念でしたが他はとっても満足です。
