This hotel is so fancy and comfortable! I hope the price can be cheaper so I can stay there more often. The front desk staff is very professional, but can be a bit cold. It is often very busy at the front desk too, which reduces the comfort and service quality. The room is very nice, especially the bathroom and bath! The bath is so specious and comfortable. I had great experience at this hotel and I love Tohoku and Sendai! I will definitely stay there again when I visit the city.
