    “Bangani” refers to Shibayama crab, which is ranked at the top of the rank of crab sorting landed at Shibayama Port in Kami Town. About 800 to 1,000 crabs are landed in a single voyage, but only about 10 or so are the rare Shibayama crabs. Maruya serves bangani weighing about 1.2 kg. For dinner, we will prepare one cup of this bangani per person, and you will enjoy a hot pot, charcoal-grilled, and shell miso. All of the crabs we offer can be enjoyed in the way you prefer (sashimi, grilled, hotpot). If you want to eat it as sashimi, we will tell you how to remove the shell. A charcoal grill for grilled crab is available on each table.
