    5、6年前に利用し、とても満足度が高かったので再度利用しました。 貸切露天風呂は家族で気兼ねなく利用できてよかったです。 古めかしさはあるものの、部屋はとても広くて満足でした。 以前は夕食はバイキングで種類も豊富で満足度が高かったのですが、懐石料理となっていて、あまり好みではないものが多くて少し残念でした。 コロナ禍で仕方ないのかもしれませんが、朝食も以前より種類が減っていました。 謎解きがありましたが、解答できたものの、中々難しい問題でした。 以前と比較してしまうと…ですが、総合的には満足です。

    今の時代、サービスも環境も行き届いている宿泊施設が多い中、懐かしい感じがする宿でした。老朽化は仕方ないですが、眺めは絶景です! 部屋の露天風呂も気持ちよく、食事も美味しかったです。 スタッフのみなさんも親切で優しかったです。

    高い所にあるので景色が素晴らしかったです。食事の時間も他の方となるべく被らないように考慮してくださりゆったりできました。 満足です。

    不満だらけでした。まず、ウエルカムドリンクのコーヒーやジュースは薄すぎて不味くて飲めない。食事はバイキングが中止で朝夕ともに懐石料理だったが内容もイマイチ。準備がしてあった料理にカバーなどが掛けていないため刺身と鍋の肉や野菜も乾ききっていた。量も少なく内容も乏しい。ひとつの和室に客が集められ食事をしたのですが背もたれが置いてないので正座で食事しなければならず食べにくかった。朝の食事の内容は出来合いの総菜が並べてありボリュームもなく普通の定食のようなかんじでした。お風呂はサウナが壊れていて使えない。時間も夜22時までで朝は6時半から9時半まで、その間に食事もあるのでゆったり入ることができない。布団はペラペラで敷布団が一枚のみ。畳が背中に感じるくらいでした。少なくともホームページに書いてあるような食事やおもてなしは受けられませんでした
