A hot spring inn with a focus on privacy, offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, will open in the summer of 2022 in Minami Boso Kamogawa. There are 10 rooms in a separate building with an open-air hot spring bath, and there are three types of rooms: rooms with dining where you can enjoy meals in your room, rooms where you can eat in a private dining room with a different atmosphere, and rooms with barrier-free access. For meals, in keeping with Kamogawa, enjoy Japanese kaiseki cuisine prepared to the fullest by the head chef, with a focus on fresh seasonal seafood and fresh mountain produce. *Dinner will consist of about 12 dishes, starting with appetizers, served one dish at a time for about an hour and a half. If you have any requests for dinner, or if you have any allergies, we will accept them up to the day before. Changes or requests on the day may not be possible. ●An example of a dinner menu 1.
