Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 3/27/2023フロントの方の対応がとても良かったです。 喫煙室しか空いていなくて、入室した時はちょっと気になりましたが、空気清浄機も付いていて、そのうち気にならなくなりました。 正直あまり期待をしていなかった朝食バイキングでしたが、種類も豊富で、お味も良かったです。 お風呂は少し狭く、後から子供さん連れで来られた方が、慌てて入って行かれました。 お湯がもう少し熱ければ良かったです。 お世話になりました。 ありがとうございました。

3歳の子どもを含む家族で利用しました。 予定より早く着いたのですが、素早くきちんと対応していただきました。 また、子ども用のシャンプー・ボディソープ・スリッパも用意されていて（任意に選ぶ形式）、事前に聞いていなかったこともあり、とてもよかったです。

レイアウト朝食付きプランで宿泊しました。 まず、特典に記載されていたスキンケアセットフロントの人が忘れていたのか貰えませんでした。 二人で宿泊したのですが、洗面所にコップが１つしかなく、コップも歯みがき粉が付いたままで洗ってない感じがしました。 髪や陰毛が落ちてたり清掃も甘い感じがしました。 後、清掃の人にレイアウトだという事が伝わってなかったのかいきなり扉を開けられて吃驚しました。 立地や朝食などは良かったのに、所々残念でした。
