[Breakfast] 1st floor dining hall of the main building, from 8:00 AM ○ Salad made with vegetables from our home garden and locally sourced produce ○ Egg dishes, sausages, side dishes, rice balls ○ Bread (baguette, roll bread) ○Coffee or tea ○ Yogurt & fruits The rice used is premium Koshihikari from the Nagasa district of Kamogawa City, famous for Oyama Senmaida.It is highly praised for its sweetness and luster.We offer 'rice balls for breakfast' as our rice is reputed to be delicious. We pay special attention to seasonings, using Okinawan brown sugar and premium soy sauce from Miyasho Soy Sauce in Futtsu City.
