Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 6/8/2023朝8時からウエルカムセンターで事前チェックイン出来たことが大きかったです。手荷物を預ければ部屋まで運んでおいてくれるもので、手ぶらでディズニーランドを楽しめました。 台風の日のディズニーランドで靴まで水浸しになってシャトルバスでホテルに到着した時に、スタッフさんがタオルをたくさん並べててくれたのが嬉しかったです。利用したシャトルバスはスピーカーかマイクが調子悪いようで、運転手さんが何を喋っているのか全く分からなかったのがイマイチでした。 部屋は風呂とトイレが別の部屋になっているタイプだったので、清潔な気持ちになれ良かったです。 朝食ビュッフェは朝6時半から開いているので便利でした。8時近くになると行列になっていたので、早い時間に利用したほうが良いです。

子供が生まれて初めてディズニーに行くために宿泊しました。 ホテルからディズニーまで短時間で行けて、お風呂も洗い場付きトイレ別でとてもよかったです。 スタッフの皆さんの接客も素晴らしかったです。 またディズニーに行く時には利用したいと思いました！

今回子供の２歳の誕生日に合わせて初めてのディズニーランドデビューで宿泊しました。カウンターでランドのチケットも買えるしとても便利でした。駐車場代はかかりますが、途中の入出庫ができてとても助かりました。 事前に話しておいたので、子供のベットガードもつけてもらえ、壁側にベットも寄せておいたくれたので、疲れて戻ってきてセットしてあるのはすごく嬉しかったです。チェックアウトも12時とゆったりできました。とても、いい思い出ができました。有難うございました。

小2の孫と3世代で利用しました。洗い場付きのお風呂は広く快適でした。 リゾートラインの駅までの送迎バスも便利でした。 コンビニの様なお店がありますが夜遅かったせいか菓子パンしか無く、残念ながらおにぎりやサンドイッチはありませんでした。
