夕食のボリュームが思った以上に多くて、食べきることができませんでした。味は申し分なかったので残念です。 スタッフの皆さんは笑顔や元気もよく、清々しい人ばかりでした！ 、お風呂の貴重品ロッカーが大部分故障していたので、何とかしてほしいです。掃除機が出しっぱなしなのも気になりました。

2歳児と0歳児を連れての旅行でした。受付や食事会場などスタッフの方はとても親切で、子供が体調悪くしてることも気遣ってくれました。 食事はとてもおいしかったです。お風呂は少し熱くて子どもが入るのは無理でしたが本当に化粧水みたいなトロッとしたお湯で気持ちよかったです。 立地が山の上だったのでコンビニやコインランドリーの利用の際は15分くらい歩いて街まで行かなければならずそこがマイナスでしたが、全体を通してコスパがよく、満足です。

■ We may call you for confirmation by the day before your stay. ■ Cancellation fee is based on the cancellation policy. If the plan has a cancellation policy set, that will take precedence.
■ When using only minors, we will confirm the guardian. Please declare when using only minors.
■ Please be sure to contact the property if you are late as it may be treated as a cancellation after the check-in time.
