Although this is our simple standard course, it includes a variety of dishes and is quite filling. Menu (Hotaka Course) 〜 Dinner 〜 ・A4 Grade Hida Beef Loin Steamed in a Bamboo Steamer (approximately 120g) ・Steamed local vegetables in a bamboo steamer ・Homemade sesame tofu ・Grilled river fish with salt (skewered) ・Yomogi-flavored Gohei Mochi ・Buckwheat porridge ・Oku-Hida smoked salmon ・Braised Hida pork in a sweet glaze ・Sashimi (varies depending on the season, procurement timing, and market availability) ・Three-item platter, small side dish, rice, soup, etc. ・Please enjoy the highly-praised sunken hearth cuisine, steamed dishes, and hanging pot dishes—home-style cooking unique to Oku-Hida! * Dinner is at 18:00 (in the large room with a sunken hearth, separated by partitions). ・Please be sure to inform us in advance regarding any allergies, etc. (Requests must be made at least 3 days in advance—some requests may not be accommodated depending on the details). ・Due to meal arrangements, the Alps Course and Yari Course are limited to one-night stays and cannot accommodate multi-night stays. 〜 Breakfast 〜 ・Meals will be traditional Japanese set meals. * Breakfast is at 8:00. All guest rooms: [24-hour access] Natural hot spring rooms with open-air baths. ・10-tatami mat Japanese-style room (with bath and toilet). ・Relax comfortably in a room with a private open-air bath. ・Equipped with TV, refrigerator, humidifying air purifier, air conditioner, and free Wi-Fi. The bedding provided will be futons. There are no beds or Western-style rooms available. There are areas within and outside the facility, including guest rooms, that are not barrier-free (please inquire in advance). Room selection is not possible (since our facility is two stories, please notify us in advance if you have mobility issues). Soap and similar items cannot be used in the guest room open-air baths (they can be used in the indoor unit baths). All rooms and the facility are non-smoking (smoking is permitted in designated areas of the guest room open-air baths and the lobby smoking area). Pets other than guide dogs or assistance dogs are not allowed in the facility.
