    【良かった点】 ・小さい子供を連れての旅行で、予定通りに着かず1時間ほど遅れてしまいましたが、近くの駐車場に着いたと電話をすると案内の車の方が来てくれて大変安心しました。 ・小さい子供がいるとわかると気を利かせてバウンサーを貸し出してくれた ・お部屋を担当をしてくれたお兄さんからは楽しませようという心意気を感じました。親切丁寧で良かったです◎ 【悪かった点】 他の方も書かれていますが、こちらのお宿は古い部屋とリニューアルされた新しい部屋が混在しているようで、私たちは古い方のお部屋でした。部屋食で半露天風呂付きのお部屋だったこともあり金額はかなり強気な金額です。しかし、気になる点がたくさんありました。 ・半露天風呂が掛け流しのため、湯気が常に立っているからか脱衣所が全体的にじっとりしており、鏡は常に曇っていた。 ・脱衣所の木の枠などがカビていた。 ・備え付けのドライヤーの吸込口が埃だらけ、また風が信じられないくらい弱い。せめてフロントで貸し出すなどしてほしい(もし既にしているなら一言欲しい) ・歯ブラシが置いていなかった。恐らく清掃の方が忘れたのだと思われる。 ・布団を上げにきた方がタバコ臭かった。また仲居さん以外の方々はアルバイトかパートなのかわからないですが、作業服やTシャツとGパンというラフさでなんだか興ざめしてしまう… 【その他】 これは良いとか悪いとかではなく個人的意見なのですが、お食事が渋すぎました。酢の物や漬物などが苦手なのでもうちょっと若者向けのお食事だと嬉しかった。お刺身は美味しかったです。 【まとめ】 たくさん悪いことを書いてしまってすみません。ただ、庶民の私にとってはかなり期待してしまう金額だっただけに残念に思ってしまいました。立地とお風呂とおもてなし(接客)は良かったと思うので今度は息子がもう少し大きくなったらリーズナブルなプランで再度利用したいと思います。せっかく明治元年から続いている老舗旅館ですので、是非頑張って続いてほしいです。

    温泉質が良くて、よい湯室でした 大浴場が改装中で、残念でしたが、別の大浴場は時間により男女別で利用ができて、 最高の温泉でした 露天風呂も熱めの温泉で、温泉を満喫しました
