駅から１時間に1本のバスでしか行けない不便な場所だが、目の前が瀬戸内海の立地は素晴らしかった。 部屋は、ジムだった場所をリノべしたのが番号付きの６つのロッカーがあったり、部屋と同じくらいの広さのユニットバスがあったりと謎が多かったが、 お作りが連続で2種類でて夕飯の質は素晴らしかった！

観光も出来てのんびりと過ごすことができ良かったです 特に温泉が眺めも良くて最高でした。

2023年2月23日から、母、姉、息子、私の4名で、インルームダイニング・スイートに二泊させていただいたものです。 母と姉は福岡、息子は横浜、私は大阪に在住しているのですが、久しぶりの再会だったので、今回はネットで色々と調べての予約でした。 福山駅に集合して、福山駅からホテルまで、無料のシャトルバスもあり、方向音痴な私にとっても大変大助かりです。 受付の方もとても感じが良くて、その後に仲居さんからお部屋を案内いただいたのですが、83歳の母が一番に喜び、その姿を見ていた姉と私は、本当にホテル鴎風亭さんにして良かったと、少しウルウルしてしましました。 お部屋、お料理、お風呂とも最高で、本当に親孝行ができたかなと思っております。 次回の旅行のときも、是非ともホテル鴎風亭さんにお世話になりたいと思います。 最後に、二泊三日の間、担当していただいた仲居さん、楽しい旅行の思い出ありがとうございました。

お部屋は最高でした。 値段は12万するものの接客サービスはレベルが低かったです。 チェックアウトの際も遠くの駐車場まで歩かされ気分良くは帰れませんでした。 会計したら用済み感凄かったです。
