Fresh sea urchin with a savory sauce and green and white asparagus. Special Fish Dish: Assorted sashimi platter. Sea bream layered sashimi, boiled rolled shrimp, and seared Spanish mackerel belly. Red turban shell and small pufferfish with ponzu jelly. Separate platter of seasonal Seto Inland Sea fish sashimi. Steamed Dish: Steamed grouper with sake. Local vegetables, tofu, lemon, and aged ponzu. Appetizer: Young Spanish mackerel grilled Wakasa-style and bamboo shoots grilled with kinome.
