    綺麗な広いお部屋で湖に面していて満足です。 スタッフも感じ良く接してくれました。 お風呂はとても大きくて良いのですが 湖が見えると素敵だと思いました。

    前回も利用させて頂きましたが山側でした、今回は湖側です最高ルームも綺麗で以前より所々改装してあり良かったです。食度は最高とまでとはいきませんがまずまずです。支払いがカード1回払いしかできないのが残念。

    チェックインした時、結構あっさりとした対応だったので、この宿は、ハズレかなと思ったのですが、 部屋に入って、部屋から見える網走湖の絶景に驚き、 お風呂は広く、とてもよい湯で、夕食前には、まぁ、そんなに悪くない旅館かなとイメージが良くなりました。 夕食は、どれも全て美味しくてサービスの方も丁寧で、夕飯の終わった頃には、この旅館良いなと思いました。 そして、ホールで行われていた、田村まさかさんのコンサートは、本当に良く、帰る頃には、今度は、子供達を連れて、また泊まりにこようと思いました。 想像ですが、無駄を省き、お客様の喜ぶ事に集中する企業努力をされていると感じました。 最高にコストパフォーマンスの良い旅館です。 この度、とても楽しい旅行になりました。 また、お邪魔させて頂きます。
