This is a simple room-only plan with no meals included. You can see the Sekihoku Main Line from the room. This is a slightly advantageous plan with advance card payment. When you hear the sound of the railroad crossing, get ready by the window. The color of the train cars depends on the day's schedule. A timetable for train passage is available, so until the trains pass, feel free to visit the exhibition room or playroom in the facility to explore the extensive collection of books and materials. The bath can be used as many times as you like from check-in until 9:00 AM the next day at the neighboring 'Onsen Ryokan Motoyoshi'. For meals, we recommend restaurants in Abashiri city, local supermarket deli sections, or bento boxes from Abashiri Station. Convenience stores also have Hokkaido-exclusive products, so I think it's worth taking a look. There are water heaters and microwaves available within the facility. This is a historic building that was used as a former Japan National Railways retreat over 70 years ago. Although it is old and may have some inconveniences, please enjoy the time as if you have slipped back into the Showa era. *Currently, railway tracks are being laid within the premises. Please be cautious as some areas underfoot may be uneven. *For parking, please use the lot situated 'behind' the main building of the Motoyoshi Onsen Ryokan (the white building) right in front. It is a gravel parking area. *Please note that if you arrive before the scheduled check-in time, we may be unavailable due to other tasks.
Consumption tax (from 10/1/2019) (Per person per night) 10%
Accommodation tax (from 4/1/2026) (Per person per night)¥300
* Excluded taxes and fees are approximated and may vary based on the property. They will be collected at the property at the time of check-in or check-out.
