お部屋はマンションのような作りで長期滞在でも使えそうでした。 大浴場はビジネスホテルにしてはかなり広めでゆったり入れます。露天は露天と言えるほど外の空気は感じられませんでしたがテレビがついていたので良かったです。 朝食は海鮮丼や天麩羅を出来立てで提供してくれますが、人手不足なのか、すいませーんと声をかけると返事はしてくれるもののすぐには対応してくれませんでした。 フロントのお姉さんはチェックイン、チェックアウトともに同じ方でしたがとても感じが良くまた来たいなと思える接客でした。

初めての函館。 観光に必要な情報をフロントで丁寧に教えていただいたことで、 間に合わないかもと思っていた函館山からの景色を見ることができました。 臨機応変に対応できるスタッフさんには感謝でいっぱいです。 お部屋は広く、 テレワークのできる職場なら一ヶ月ほどここに泊まり続けたいと思えるものでした。 料理も美味しく、泊ってよかったと思えるところでした。

何度もリピートして今回は別邸に2泊しました。温泉は良かったです。しかし…朝食会場の刺身や海鮮丼担当の男性が天ぷら担当の女性に罵声を浴びせていて気分がかなり悪くなりました。客の目の前で朝から大声で…しかも段取りが悪くオーダーしてから品物が出来るのがとても遅い、刺身は盛り付けるだけなのに。朝食は品数やレベルが泊まるたびに寂しい感じになっていて。また以前の舟盛りの刺身や平日の蟹飯など復活してほしいですね。
