A charming traditional house available for exclusive use on the second floor. Equipped with a kitchen (with cookware and tableware), bathroom, and toilet (with a bidet). You can relax in a private space without any worries. This is a renovated traditional house, approximately 100 years old, offering a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. From the dedicated entrance for guests, you pass through a spacious entrance area and ascend to the second floor, which features rooms reminiscent of tea houses in Kanazawa and Kyoto. The living room features vermillion walls, often used in Japan's historic architecture. The bedroom is decorated with purple, considered the most noble color in Japan. Additionally, the first floor includes a café and a general store, as well as a photo spot on the left side of the entrance for Instagram-worthy pictures. The living space doubles as a sleeping area for 2 people, and the 12-tatami-mat bedroom accommodates up to 6 people (it can be divided using the sliding fusuma doors in the center). A dedicated parking lot is also available on the adjacent land. Located at the foot of Mount Hakodate and close to tourist spots, why not enjoy exploring the streets of Hakodate? Check-in instructions will be sent via email, so please ensure you can receive them and confirm (check that they are not in your spam folder). Please note that the air conditioning operates only during the summer season. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (self-check-in), and check-out is by 11:00 AM. For stays with 8 guests, futons for 2 people will be laid out in the living room.
