3月3日から3泊しました！昭和を感じる建物で防音なども十分ではないですが、昔は当たり前でした。今の防音完璧ホテルもいいですが、周りに少し配慮して声のトーンをおとしたり音が出ないように気を遣うといったことを忘れがちな昨今、よい体験でした。完璧を求める時は今のニセコには高級ホテルが沢山あるのでそちらに泊まります。落ち着けたのでまた利用したいと思います！

朝食夕食付きにも関わらず、かなり安く泊まることが出来たので、宿泊代金に対しての満足度は高いです。 部屋は清潔感があり、露天風呂も広くて、食事も美味しかったです。 ただ、価格を抑えるためには仕方ないのかもしれないのですが、気になる所がいくつかありました。 旅館内は土足厳禁ではあったのですが、スリッパの用意は無く、浴衣とともに備え付けられていた薄い靴下のような足袋があるのみでした。いくら土足厳禁とは言っても、日帰り温泉客も含め、多くの人が行き来する所と、宿泊する和室内を同じ足袋で過ごすのは少し気になりました。 あとは、食事については、とても美味しい料理だったのですが、朝夕共に落ち着いた和食料理が続いたので、3泊すると流石に飽きが来てしまいました…。北海道ならではの美味しい、インパクトのある料理！という物を期待していると少し物足りないかもしれないです。
Reply from the propertyこの度は湯心亭をご利用いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。お部屋の清掃状態やお食事、露天風呂などお褒めのお言葉を頂き、ありがとうございます。 ご投稿の通り当館は玄関で靴を脱ぎスリッパはなくお部屋に靴下(足袋ソックス)をご準備致しております。スリッパに関して開業当初はご宿泊者様のみご準備しておりました。日帰り入浴のお客様に準備はしておらずトラブルが相次いだ事、使い回しは不衛生ですし、使い捨てもご用意は出来ますがエコが謳われている世の中の考えやコストもかかりご準備が難しい状況で申し訳ございません。スリッパの有無に関してはご意見がわかれる問題ですが、ない事(素足で過ごす事)にご満足して頂けるご意見が多いこともあり今後も続けたいと思います。頂いた内容は今後のサービス向上の貴重なご意見としてお預かり致します。ご投稿ありがとうございました。 お食事に関しては当館では高級食材を使用していなかったりバイキング形式(ブッフェ形式)でもありませんが、出来るだけ地元や北海道の食材を使うようにしております。一部のメニューに洋食や中華を取り入れておりますがご投稿を頂いた通り和食料理が中心となります。キッチンの広さ・設備・食材の関係で難しい事もございますが頂いた内容は今後のサービスに生かしたいと思います。 お食事に関してはメニュー構成・味付け・量に関して皆様にご満足して頂く事は難しいですが今後もお褒めのお言葉を頂ける様に努力していきます。 これからも、他の施設に負けない様、お客様に満足して頂ける努力をしていきたいと思います。 またご来館頂ける日を心よりお待ち申し上げております。 マネージャー 小成 由行
