Japan|Age: 70s|Solo4Posted: 6/8/2023すすきの周辺のホテルがずいぶん値上がりして、リーズナブルな価格に目が留まり、初めて貴ホテルに３泊利用させていただきました。 今まで泊ることのなかったことが不思議だったくらい、何の困りごともなく過ごすことができました。 これからも札幌の繁華地区に宿を取る時には利用させていただきたいと思います。

お部屋の清掃が…全てのところに埃が被っていて、残念なホテルでした。以前利用した時は、そのようなことはなかったと思います。フロントもアクリル板で感染対策で仕方ないが、マスクつけての対応も大きな声で説明してくれないと聞こえない。3度も聞き返してしまい、ムッとされました。午後から道を尋ねるのに、フロントへ行くのをためらいましたが、違う方だったのでほっとしました。全体にサービスの教育不足が目立ったホテルでした。良かったところは、道案内を外に出て丁寧に教えてくれた女性スタッフ１名に感謝です。
