Japan|Age: 60s|Solo4Posted: 5/26/2023札幌駅から地下鉄で2駅の北18条駅から徒歩3分位で、コンビニ･スーパーも近くにあり立地は申し分ない。部屋も広く、なんといっても洗濯機・乾燥機が室内で無料で利用できるのが長期の旅行のときには特にありがたい。 ただ、ほかの方の投稿にもあるが、トイレがウォシュレットでないのはちょっと残念。また空調の調整ができず私が宿泊した際(5月23日)暑かったが、暖房を切ることができず参った。安価な宿泊料の設定なのでやむを得ないが。

５月２０日に宿泊。宿泊費９０００円。ホテルメッツというからＪＲ系のホテルだと思って行くとちょっと様子が違う。トイレがウォシュレットじゃない、部屋がワンルームマンションョンを改造しているせいか、無駄に長細く使いにくい、古い、汚い、テレビのリモコン電池が弱く使えない、個別空調できない。それでもこれが３０００円から４０００円ならまぁ値段比、仕方がないと飲み込めるが、繁忙期でもないのに９０００円はコスパ最悪。ＪＲ系のホテルメッツと勘違いした自分が悪い。名前が似ていてもよく調べるべきだった。

大通公園でイベントがあったのですが、界隈のホテルは宿泊費も 駐車場代も高かったので、宿泊しました。 地下鉄の駅に近く、札幌駅、大通、すすきのなどに行くのにも便利です。 また、ローソンとイオンのコンビニとスーパーの中間のようなスーパーがあり便利です。 駐車場が満車でしたが、近隣にホテルの駐車場より安いコインパーキングが沢山あり むしろそちらの方が良かったです。 マンションをホテルに改装したような部屋でした。 キッチンは広いですが、調理道具や食器類などは特になかったです。 部屋の中に洗濯機と乾燥機があるのは便利だと思います。 入口の扉を開くと、土足のスペースと干渉してちょっと出入りが不便でした。 部屋は広いのですがベッドはそれほど広くないのと、 トイレにウォシュレットが無いのは今時としてはかなり大きなマイナスでした。

お部屋がカビ臭くて、換気をしてました。窓が開くのは良かったです。 濡れたタオル類を入れるボックスがフロアにあるのが良かったです。
