リゾナーレトマム初めて宿泊しました！部屋も豪華で景色もとても良く最高でした！ 食事もたくさんのレストランから選べることや、食事のあとも立ち寄れるカフェやワインショップがあり、とても満喫出来ました！

施設、接客、お部屋、どれもとても良く最高な時間を過ごすことができました。 ただ夕食に鉄板焼きグリルドエイジを予約し行きましたが、あまりにも酷くとてもガッカリしました。 1人2万円のコースを頼みましたがお粗末なものでした。 店員の香水がキツイ、カピカピになった食材、メニュー表とは別に持って来た別紙に記載されていたお酒を頼んだが在庫切れ、しかもそちらのお酒の分も請求されていました。 海老の鉄板焼きは生焼けで、海老も鮮度が悪くお腹を下しました。 ガーリックライスは油でべちょべちょで、挙げ句の果てには器にラップが張り付いていました。 きっと作り置きをレンジで温めたのだと思います。 あまりにも意識が低すぎるのではないでしょうか…。星野リゾートの看板を下げるお店だと思います。 こんなにもガッカリとした経験は初めてです。 鉄板焼き屋以外はとても良く快適に過ごせたのでなお残念でなりません。
