Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 3/30/2023食事、大浴場とも素晴らしかったです。 ただ個室内のバス・トイレについては年数がいった建物だということに気づいてしまう箇所がありました。 ちょっと見ればバスタブや壁がちょっと古い素材を使っているということが残念でした。 ただ逆を考えれば、サンパレスの様に子供の頃から知っている施設がまだまだ現役で頑張っており、不快感が全くない状態で運営されていることはGJ！だと思います。

約1年ぶりの再訪です。 小さな子供を連れた家族旅行でしたが、スタッフのみなさんが子供にとても優しく有り難かったです。 こちらの立ち湯の露天風呂が大好きなので、来年はロングラン花火がやっている時期にまた遊びに行きたいと思います。

露天風呂の写真と、皆さんの口コミを熟読して決めた宿でした。 露天風呂、最上級クラスです。写真のまんま。いくらでも入っていられます。 お部屋、モダン洋室。清掃の事等色々ご意見はあるようでしたが、特に気になる点はなく気持ちよく過ごせました。 ビュッフェ、これも様々な意見がありますが、ライブキッチンでの提供のお料理について、冷めている等意見がありますが、これだけの規模のホテルであれば、絶対熱々提供をしていたら、待たせすぎなんて言われたりするんじゃ?お料理はどれも美味しかったですし、炭焼ステーキは冷めてもやわらかくてとても美味しくて何度もおかわりしました。 お風呂のサウナの出入り口にレモン水のサービスがあり、ポイント爆上がりです。細かいおもてなしを感じました。脱衣所にタオルが置いてあるのも大変嬉しいサービスです。 プールで子供も大はしゃぎ。二泊三日の北海道の旅、何が1番良かったかの質問に、子供も夫も「ホテル」と言っていました。またいつか行きたいです。
