朝食がパンですがジャムだけではなくマーガリンやバターが欲しいです。 部屋が狭いのは致し方ないとしてもお風呂が汚いのは致命的です。ドアのパッキン周りのカビがヒドい。トイレの便座の隙間の汚れが残ったままです。 唯一、評価出来るのは立地だけでしょうか 提携パーキングよりも割安なパーキングが近くにあるにも関わらず案内もしてもらえません。

朝食は、今回は、ゆでたまこは、なく、プロセスチーズを提供していただいた。サラダも、一人一個食べれた。パン、クロワッサン、バターロールが美味しかった。ドリンク、スープもフリー。グラノーラ、フレークも美味しかった。

12/31大晦日に泊まりました。目的は、懐かしい午前零時の神戸港の汽笛を聞くこと。そのため窓を開けられるのは助かりましたが眺望が全くないのは残念でした。あと大晦日限定なのか暴走族？のエンジン音が響き渡るのには参った！ 今年、出張やプライベートで10回近く泊まった中で、部屋はダントツの狭さ。クローゼットと湯沸かしポットの存在に気づいたのはチェックアウト直前でした。お風呂も昔ながらのユニットバス。風呂トイレセパレートのタイプに慣れた身にはちょい窮屈でした。 しかし！そんなこんなをチャラにするのが夕食弁当の旨さ！あまり期待してませんでしたがサラダもスープも付いて、ローストビーフも牛めしも美味でした。朝ご飯もサラダパックや美味しいパンで合格点と思います。 肝心の汽笛は一回だけ聞こえました。昔はもっと鳴ってたのになあ(T_T)

狭くてok、風呂入って寝れたらokという前提の方ならこのホテルで問題ないと思います (ベットがおけるだけのとても狭い部屋です) 汚さとアメニティの少なさがとても残念でした 古さゆえの汚れなら仕方ありませんが、明らかに掃除されていない 風呂の壁に髪の毛が付いており、排水溝の中も髪の毛が詰まっていました もう何もかもが汚いような気持ちになってしまいました 排水溝も水が流れず、コンビニの割り箸についていた爪楊枝で取り出しました ホテルに泊まって掃除をするのは生まれて初めてでした アメニティはパジャマ、ドライヤー、歯ブラシ、タオルしかありません

部屋の狭さは今まで泊まったホテルの中で1位です。 大きなスーツケースはまず置けません。 従業員の方々は泊まった事ありますか？お風呂の中はカビだらけ、換気もダメ、清掃もテキトーです。 ワシントン系だから、大丈夫と思って予約したのが間違いでした！

立地以外は本当にストレスなホテルでした！入り口も解りづらい、チェックイン時に予約の件で、良かれと提案した事に関して、大声で怒鳴られ、非常に驚きました！八つ当たりをされたよう、接客業に向いてないのでは。 その方以外のフロントの方は優しかったですが、トラウマなので神戸に訪れてもここには泊まらないです。 部屋が異常に狭くテーブルも洗濯物を干す場所もなく、連泊には色々と困りました。
