■Dinner The dinner menu has about 90 different Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes! In the live kitchen, Kagoshima specialties "black pork" and "eel okowa" are steamed in a bamboo steamer using hot spring water from Sekihei Onsen. Sushi, tempura, steaks and more are also prepared right before your eyes. You can also enjoy piping hot pizza and pasta. We also have a wide selection of local dishes such as "seared bonito" and "marinated silver-striped round herring" that go perfectly with Satsuma shochu. Feel free to eat as much as you like♪ ■Breakfast A Japanese and Western buffet with about 70 dishes. We have a menu that will get you going in the morning, including "chabushi," a local dish made with dried bonito flakes from the famous Makurazaki region that is extremely effective in relieving hangovers and fatigue, and "Kagoshima ramen."
