    妻の誕生日に宿泊させて頂きました。 お食事場所はおまかせ、部屋も街側のプランだったのですが、川側のお部屋＆食事も部屋食でご案内頂けました。 新しい建物ではないですが掃除はしっかりされていて清潔感があり、同じ日に団体客の宿泊もありましたが音が気になるようなこともありませんでした。強いて難を挙げるのであればエアコンの温度調整が出来ず少し部屋が暑かったくらい（オフにすることは出来ましたが） 食事はメインの金目鯛と鮑のしゃぶしゃぶはもちろん他の料理も全て美味しく、量も十分にあり満足度高かったです。 駅前で近くに土産物、飲食、コンビニなど多く便利な立地で、次に箱根に旅行する際にもまたこちらに泊まりたいと思います。

    食事が美味しくて、温泉も広々としていて景色も良く気持ち良かったです。箱根湯本からも近くて観光に便利です。また利用したいと思いました。

    1月下旬の平日に1泊しました。駅から近く便利で、部屋は川側で景色が良く大変満足です。朝夕ともに部屋食となりましたが、できればホテル内の和食レストランが良かったので、そこだけ残念でした。

    2023年1月下旬の平日に1泊。部屋露天岩風呂付き、鮑と金目鯛しゃぶしゃぶプラン2名利用。部屋はソファーもあり広すぎるぐらいでした。部屋露天風呂からは早川のせせらぎが聞こえて、温度もちょうど良く何度も楽しみました。 大浴場も趣向が異なる浴槽が幾つもあり、よかったです。しかし段差があるので足腰が弱い方ですと全部入るのは大変かと思います。所どころに手すりはありました。 食事は食事処で個室席でいただきました。2人とも食べる方ですが、品数豊富で完食したらお腹が苦しいくらいでした。どのお料理も手が込んだ作りで美味しかったです。強いて言えば、夕食のデザートのリンゴ蜜煮が人工的風味で残念でした。 朝食は富士山に模した豆腐とシラスと葉物の小鉢が見た目も美しく、とても印象的でした。朝食デザートのヨーグルトに入っていたブルーベリーが冷凍焼けのようでパサパサした食感でした。有朝食のデザートメニューの再考をお願いしたいところです。 スタッフの方たちは皆さん笑顔でとても丁寧に対応いただきました。朝食後に食事処を出た後も、出口でスタッフが、私達が見えなくなるまで見送りいただきました。途中で出入り口そばの生け花に見入ってしまい、その間もお見送りしていただいていました。恐縮です。 アメニティは室内用足袋等もありいたれりつくせりです。(歯ブラシ等は持参するので、足袋も使いませんでしたが) 気になったのは、コップのプラスチックカバーや浴用タオルのプラ袋等は、紙製の帯等に変えても良いのではと感じました。箱根でも比較的大規模なホテルなので、ぜひプラスチック利用削減にも力を入れていただきたいです。 室内にUSBコンセントがあると嬉しいです。

    立地がよく、今回は車でしたが、電車でも駅が近くとても便利です。 過剰なサービスもなく、ゆっくりできました。 食事も丁寧につくられていて美味しく私達にはちょうどよい量でした。 お風呂は男女入れ替えないので、同じ大浴場でした。大浴場内に段差が幾つかあるので、足が不自由な方は移動しにくいと思いました。バスタオルは大浴場に置いてあるので、その都度新しい物が使えて気持ちよかったです。ただ外国の方がそのバスタオルを体に巻いて浴槽に入っていたことに驚きました。大浴場には定期的に係の方の確認があるといいなと感じました。 また別の季節に伺いたいです。
