Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 6/7/2023台風と豪雨が去った後の好天の下、今回も温泉と食事を楽しむことができました。只一点、以前あったアメニティのシャワーキャップと使い捨てシェーバーがなかったので、チェックアウトの際に確認したところリクエストがあれば提供することに最近変更した由。あらかじめ部屋にその旨のメモでも置いてくれていたら 良かったと思います。

妊娠中の為、お部屋のお風呂に浸かりました。大人2人でも十分ゆっくりできて、お部屋も快適でした。食事も刺身が煮付けに変更して下さったり、少しずつ色んなものが食べれてとても美味しく満足です。 外国人のスタッフさんが多かったですが、接客も丁寧で親切でした。 場所が高台で景色が最高でしたが、駅まで徒歩5分のはずがすごい坂道で上り坂は大変でした。

悪天候の中送迎にきていただくなど、スタッフの皆様のご対応がとても親切で良かったです。 少しずつ様々なお料理がいただけて満足度が高く、お風呂もお掃除が行き届いていて、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。

5月の土日に2人で宿泊しました。ご飯がとても美味しかったです！下調べで写真などで料理は見ていたのですが、見た目以上に味が美味しかったです。妊娠中であることをあらかじめお伝えしておいたため、お刺身を焼魚に変更してくださったりしてありがたかったです。 屋上の貸切風呂は景色はとても良かったのですが、温泉の温度がかなり高くて熱すぎてあまり入れず残念でした。 スタッフの方は外国籍の方が多かったのですが、とても丁寧に接客してくださっていました。

5月31日に宿泊しました。 小田急線湯本から徒歩では登坂かキツいです。 が、その分眺望は良いです。 従業員の方々、外国の方多いですか、皆さん親切で感じ良かったです。 宿泊客も外国の方ばかりでした。 食事は多彩で、品数多く、味も大満足でした。 お風呂も広く、のんぴり入れました。 とても快適なホテルで、また伺いたいと思います。
