    9月に5歳と1歳と3人で利用しました。 夜景がとてもきれいで最高でした。 頭痛のため常備薬があるかフロントに聞いたところ丁寧に親切に対応して下さり嬉しかったです。 チェックインが14時で20分前に到着しましたが、きっちり14時まで待たないとチェックインできなかったのが残念でした。 ロビーにチェックイン待ちが数組いたので14時になるとフロントに列ができ子連れには大変でした。 みなとみらい観光にはおすすめのホテルです。

    立地は良く、コンビニや飲食店が近くにあり便利だった。 空調が集中管理で、細かな設定ができなかったのが残念。

    みなとみらいでのポケモンイベント参加のため家族で利用させていただきました。 当日部屋をアップグレードしてくださっていて広いお部屋で快適に過ごせました。 部屋からの景観(観覧車)そしてホテルの立地が今回の目的に合っていて大満足でした。 建物自体は歴史を感じるものの清掃は行き届いていました。スタッフの方々も挨拶をしてくださり好印象です。 チェックインアウトは機械利用でしたが受付からお声掛けいただき操作もスムーズでした。 ナビオスさんを選んで良かったです。
