This course allows you to enjoy Tosa Jiro with a one-night, two-meal stay. Dinner features charcoal-grilled dishes, while breakfast highlights egg-over-rice. This course is popular with both first-time visitors and repeat guests. For about 35 years, Tosa Jiro meat has been exclusively produced and served for over 20 years in the dining area of 'Hatayama Yumegura,' which has been frequently featured in various media such as 'Dotchi no Ryori Show,' 'Oishinbo,' and 'Manten☆Aozora Restaurant.' The inn is limited to two groups per day and is directly managed by 'Hatayama Yumegura.' In February 2022, a new Tosa Jiro specialty inn called 'Jiro no Ouchi' was opened. For the charcoal-grilled dinner, Seiichi Komatsu, the chairman of 'Hatayama Yumegura,' who is also known as a 'Tosa Jiro master,' grills each piece in front of you and serves it on your plate.You can enjoy 10 parts of Tosa Jiro with five types of flavors such as sun-dried salt and marinated eggs.We will also share information about the characteristics of Tosa Jiro, allowing you to delve into the 'story behind the food.'After grilling, leave the rest to us.
