For meals, we offer dishes that will delight your eyes with rice and a variety of high-quality ingredients. ◆Rice◆ We use "Kikuka rice," which is grown in the Kikka region of Yamaga, Kumamoto, and is used as tribute rice, and is grown by contracted farmers. Freshly cooked rice is served for both dinner and breakfast. ◆Dinner◆ We offer a seasonal kaiseki meal that incorporates Kumamoto's local cuisine. We will prepare it at the restaurant from 6:00 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. ◆Breakfast◆ We offer a Japanese set meal with freshly cooked Kikuka rice, homemade side dishes that go well with rice, miso soup, and more.
