Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 3/17/20232023年3月11日・12日に宿泊しました。当日市内のマラソン大会と重なり、交通規制があった中で、決められた時間で目的地までタクシーで移動しなければならなかったのですが、フロントサービスの方がタクシーでの経路を丹念に調べてくださり、タクシー運転手さんへの言づてもしてくださり、温かいお心遣いに安心して移動することができました。お陰様で目的地に余裕を持って臨むことができました。滞在中も大変心地よく過ごさせてもらい、今度はゆっくりと観光で訪れたいねと家族で話しているところです。

お得なプランがあり、近くでのんびりするために宿泊しました。京都駅からのMKタクシーのサービスは嬉しかったです。ホテル周辺の散策のためチェックインの２時間近く前に到着したのですが、お部屋の準備が出来ているのでと、入れていただけました。おかげで珈琲とスイーツで一息つけました。 朝食は、別料理を一品選ぶビュッフェスタイルがあり、焼きたてのパンなどどれもとても美味しかったです。 希望すれば借りられるようですが、部屋には最初から空気清浄機・加湿器を置いてほしいです。 スタッフはどなたも親切でした。 しかし、アメリカの企業だからでしょうか(？)レストランで、サービスや言葉遣いがカジュアルな男性スタッフがいらっしゃいました。一流かと期待していたので、ちょっと残念に感じました。

家族で１泊させて頂きました。 お部屋も綺麗で全体的に満足ですが、チェックインの際のフロントの方の対応が良い印象はありませんでした…。 到着早々、モヤモヤしましたが、夕食のレストラン、朝食のレストランは良かったです。 ありがとうございました。
