Japan|Age: 60s|Friends4Posted: 3/26/20233月23日から２日宿泊しました。電子クーポンの入力操作を丁寧に教えて頂き助かりました。大浴場が無かった事とルームキーが１つしか無かった事が残念でした。朝食は和食も洋食もとても美味しかったです。京都駅の前でコンビニもあって便利でした。

立地、食事はとてもよかったのですが、部屋の換気が悪く暑くても温度調節ができませんでした。連泊したのですが、洗面所の掃除ができてなく、前日の歯ブラシ、体を洗うネットなどそのままの状態でした。観光客が増えてフロントも狭くて忙しそうでした。

京都観光のため利用しました。 駅から近く、地下道を通れば雨に濡れる事なくホテルまで行けました。（階段ですが） 従業員の方は感じもよく、親切でしたし何も問題ありません。 部屋は寝るだけなので、十分でした。 朝食付きにしたので朝一に洋食のお店に行きましたが、ツアー客が既に行列で並んでいたので和食に移動しました。時間や時期が悪かったのかもしれませんがそこが残念でした。
