With this kaiseki meal, you can also enjoy the specialty "barley rice and grated yam soup." ◇◆Kamaburo - Traditional Japanese steam bath -◆◇ "Traditional Japanese steam bath (Japanese-style sauna)" is rarely seen these days. The temperature inside the kamaburo is 55-60℃. A straw mat and straw mat are laid in the hollow of a huge kamado (stove), a ceramic pillow is brought on top of it, and you lie down to warm up. The temperature is lower than in a regular sauna, so there is less strain on the heart and muscles, so you can enjoy it leisurely for 20-30 minutes.
