    部屋は狭いと感じた。2階の魚民で夕食はエレベーターが止められており腰痛持ちの私には不満。

    予約時は喫煙ルームだったので、チェックインで確認された時に予約が喫煙しかできなかった事を伝え、禁煙ルーム希望のことを伝えたら、空いていた禁煙ルームに快く変更してくださいました。

    フロントのスタッフさんは顔を覚えくださり すぐに部屋の鍵を渡してくれます また 気さくに声をかけてくれました 部屋も広くて快適でした

    11/15桑名パークホテルに宿泊しました。2000円分の食事券と3000円分のお買い物券が付いていて、お得なプランで、良かったです。

    朝食が美味しくなかった。 ビッフェにしては品数藻少なかった 近くにファミマがあるのでそこで朝食を買った 方がいい。
