外観はごく普通の温泉旅館です。温泉は最上階の展望風呂で泉質も良かったです。 やはり目玉は夕食です、伊勢エビ、アワビ等々大変美味しかったです。量的にも50代にはちょうど良く、また行きたくなる料理をいただきました。

家族４人でお世話になりました。 メイン料理はもちろん全部おいしくいただきました。食卓で炊くごはんなどの演出もとてもよかった。 料理に合わせる日本酒のチョイスも良く、我が家では「作」が気に入りました。 お部屋も４人で広く使いました。部屋や廊下の生花も良い感じです。

不快な気分を味わいたい方にお薦めの宿。 ３世帯１０人の家族で宿泊。 夕食時、子供４人分の食事が配膳されていないので、「子供の食事は？」と尋ねると、しばらく放置された後に、言われた言葉が、「誰も子供さんの食事の件は聞いておりません」と。 「そんなはずはない。部屋に戻れば連絡した担当者名が解るけど。」と回答すると、また、しばらく放置。 続いて出てきた回答が、「急なことなので、エビフライかハンバーグしかご用意できません。」と。 「「電話確認した際、エビフライもハンバーグも食べられない子がいるから、子供用の食事の内容を確認して、 それらが入っている「子供膳」ではなく、それらを除いた「子供膳２」を注文したんだけど。」」と回答。 またまたしばらく放置された後、返ってきた回答が「何せ、急なご注文なので材料が揃わず、板長が３人前しか御用意出来ないとのことです。」と。 あまりに理不尽な回答だったので、「１人だけ、指を加えて見ていろと言うつもり？」と言うと、４度目の放置が始まり、やっと返ってきた言葉が「板長が頑張って、なんとか４人前用意するとのことです。」と。 すったもんだで、４人前出てきたけど、材料が揃わないと言っていてので、本来の「子供膳２」の内容であったかどうかは、相当怪しい。 １８時から食事を始めることになっていたが、食べ始められたのは、結局１８時２０分。 間違いは誰にでもあると思うけど、何か起こった時にどのように対処するかで、その宿の価値が決まると思う。 終始こちらが急に我儘を言い出したから、「手持ちの食材がない。」との態度は如何なものか。 折角、久しぶりに家族全員が集まって楽しめるはずが、宿の選択を誤ってしまった。残念。

料理が美味しかったです。 伊勢海老、松阪牛、鮑などを選んだので料理で三重県を堪能できました。 食事するところが半個室のようになっていたため同行者とゆっくり食事を楽しめたのがよかったです。 事前にアレルギーをお伝えしたら代替え対応をしていただいて美味しく料理が食べられました。ありがとうございます。 部屋は2人で泊まるには広すぎるくらい広くて綺麗でした。 洗面台が２つあり、鏡も広かったので家族や友達何人かと泊まっても良いと思いました。 料理やサービス等満足しましたが、別館で宿泊すると本館に食事処、温泉等があり移動が少し不自由でした。
