    各種割引は、フロントで伝えられたので事前に教えて欲しがった。 コンフォートルームに泊まったがベッドの寝心地が大変よかった。

    大浴場で他の家族の子供たちに洗い場を占領されていたので、体を洗うのに時間を要した。 大浴場の混雑 状況が事前にわかるようなシステムが有れば時間の無駄を省くことができたと思う。

    大浴場で他の客の子供に脱衣カゴにあった使用前のバスタオルをいじられたので、脱衣したものはロッカーに入れられるように、設備改善してほしい。
