チェックインカウンターの照明が暗い チェックイン時に全国旅行支援の地域クーポンを渡されたが、チェックアウトの際「このプランは旅行支援対象外のため地域クーポンは使えない」旨伝えられ、続けて「よろしいでしょうか？」。 よろしい訳なんかないけど、不本意ながら引き下がった。 この間互いに仏頂面。 支払いが終わると、断ったけど売店の土産物を持たされたが不愉快この上ない。 この宿に対して去年経験した不信感がよみがえった。 去年の同時期の宿泊料金ががかなり高かったので、帰宅して予約を確認したところ１万円強の過大請求に応じていたためだった。 後日返金されたけど不愉快の極み。 他にも書き連ねたいけど、もう決して利用しないのでやめておく。

食事が特に美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました。 お風呂も充実していたのでまた来たいと思います。

部屋の中のコンセントの数が少なく、パソコンの利用や携帯の充電で不便です。せめて延長コードが置いてあれば良いのですが。 カミソリが置いていないのは仕方ないとして、有料で販売というのはこの施設のレベルとしては不満が残ります。 料理についてですが、卓上鍋の火が弱く沸騰しないのと燃えている時間が短いので少し生煮えで食べました。 朝食会場はバイキングでしたが、皿がないのに補充が遅く、コーヒーもない時が多く、その都度注文しました。 全体としては満足したのですが、ちょっとしたことが気になりました。以上です。
