The grated yam delivered daily from the local Yamagata Village is exquisite. The rice is Koshihikari grown locally. It also contains healthful barley. The pumpkin soup is rich and packed with pumpkin. Enjoy the fresh salad with handmade dressing. Homemade simmered dishes and egg dishes. Homemade pickles. All the pickles, including radish, cucumber, and small plums, are homemade. We have provided specially selected Japanese tea recommended by "Ocha no Tsutsuji" in your room.Please enjoy it with our carefully chosen tea utensils. For hair and body care, we have prepared the "Triple C" series, which includes 100% domestic powdered green tea leaves grown without pesticides. The shower booth and toilet are separate, allowing you to use them as if you were at home. (Note: There is no bathtub.
