About A5 Hida Beef The beautiful cross-section of rosy red meat and marbling, known as 'A5 Hida Beef,' is often referred to as the 'artwork of meat.' Its deliciousness lies in the rich aroma released the moment it's cooked and the melt-in-your-mouth texture. At our facility, we offer A5 grade beef with even more marbling. Meals [Dinner] 'Shirahone Silk Bath Banquet Cuisine' (Standard) This is our most popular banquet cuisine featuring Shinshu Premium Beef and A5 Hida Beef. [Breakfast] 'Tsuruya Japanese Breakfast' (Standard) A Japanese-style breakfast that condenses the essence of 'Shirahone' with hot spring porridge and steamed dishes. If you have allergies, please make sure to check the remarks section or special notes. [Dining Location] Both dinner and breakfast are served at the dining area (table seating). Hot Spring [Bath] Silk Bath In winter, you can enjoy a snowy view from the bath The hot spring 'Silk Bath' at Tsuruyaryokan is 100% free-flowing from its own source. Bathing hours: 15:00 to 9:00 the following morning, available overnight. <Three Features of Silk Bath> ① The hot spring, characterized by its sulfur scent and milky white color, is known as the 'Original Shirahone Onsen.' ② For both men and women, there are 'keyaki wood indoor baths' and 'rock-crafted open-air baths.' ③ The 'ceramic bath' is a lukewarm bath with 100% non-heated spring water. *Please check in by 6 PM. If your arrival is delayed, we may not be able to prepare meals for you. COVID-19 Measures At our facility, we conduct our own hygiene management based on the 'COVID-19 Accommodation Guidelines.' To minimize contact between guests and staff, we will prepare the futon in advance depending on the number of guests staying.
